The email will be sent to the address you specify when ordering, so make sure you are checking that email account.

Get a New Download Email

Visit this page to get a new download email. Note that this will only work if you enter the exact email address associated with the order.

Before Contacting Us

Please allow at least 30 to 60 minutes after ordering before contacting us about not receiving an email. While most emails are sent out within a few minutes of your order, it will occasionally take longer. This can be caused by anything from an issue processing the payment or a delay in your email service displaying the email in your inbox.

If the email hasn't arrived after this time, contact us and provide the email address associated with your order.
