Delivery Information

There are two ways to download your products after purchase:

The order confirmation page shown after your purchase will include download links for each product you purchased. Click on the links to download your files. Depending on your browser, you may need to right click and select an option like "Save as" to save the file instead of opening it in the browser.

You will also receive a download link via email after purchasing. The email will be sent to the email address you specify during checkout. Make sure you use an email address you can access and enter the address correctly. You need to follow the link in the email to download your file.

Emails are generally sent within a few minutes after you place your order. However, please allow at least an hour before contacting us if you haven't received an email yet. Delays can occur for a variety of reasons including a temporary issue processing your payment, your email service not processing emails quickly, etc. Read this article for more information on what to do if you haven't received an email.

Please note that all of our products are digital files that you download to your computer. We don't sell physical products, so nothing will be shipped to you.
