Printing in Color

If you are trying to print in color, but the results are grayscale or black and white, check the following:

Color Printer

Some printers only print in black and white. Make sure your printer is capable of printing in color.

Color Ink Is Out

Your printer may allow printing even if the color ink has run out. Check the level of color ink (consult your printer manual for instructions). If necessary, replace the cartridge(s).

Printer Settings

Printers can be set to print in grayscale or black and white. It's possible this option has been changed in your printer settings. If so, you need to change it to print in color. Check your printer manual or search Google if you need instructions on how to do this.
