How to Use Stationery

Please test the free versions of the stationery before buying. The free downloads work the same as the paid versions. They only include a watermark.

Description

Our stationery is designed for 8.5 x 11 paper (letter size). The stationery is available in JPG and PDF formats. It comes in both lined and unlined versions.

Required Software

We recommend using Adobe Reader for opening and printing the PDF versions of the stationery. Other programs may display some designs incorrectly.

It is possible to add text to the JPG versions of the stationery with software like Microsoft Word or Photoshop. If you don't already know how to do this, you will need to search Google, YouTube, or elsewhere. We also offer free versions that can be tested before buying. We are unable to provide any support for adding text.

We recommend using a desktop or laptop for opening and printing the statoinery. Unless you already know how to use a mobile device to download files and print, the learning curve is likely to be steeper on a phone or tablet.

Unzipping Files

Since each stationery download includes at least four files (JPG and PDF in lined and unlined versions), we deliver the files in a ZIP file. You will need to unzip the files before using them.

Printing Tips

  • Make sure you print at full size so the stationery will be printed at the correct size (8.5 x 11). The setting for this will be in your printer settings. The wording for the setting may vary depending on the software you use. It may be something like "Actual Size" or "Scale" (set this to 100% if you see this option).
  • Use standard printer paper for printing.

Limitations

  • The stationery is sized for 8.5 x 11 paper. It isn't intended for printing on other paper sizes. Printing on anything other than letter-size paper may distort the design.
  • Color will only print to the edge of the paper if you have a printer that supports borderless printing on 8.5 x 11 paper.
